Policies

Reservations In order to ensure that your spa service is available, we do recommend booking your appointment in advance. Our front desk coordinator will do their best to fulfill your request. Please advise us if you are pregnant, have any health concerns, or any preferences when scheduling your treatments. When booking two or more services, a valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations Please be courteous by providing us with at least 24 hour notice of any changes to the schedule. A 50% fee will be charged for any changes made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. A 100% fee will be charged for no-shows.

Appointments For your enhanced relaxation, we suggest you arrive 10-minutes prior to the scheduled treatment time to allow time to relax in the lounge. Arriving late will shorten the time of your treatment.  Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed.  The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Gratuities In acknowledgment of excellence in service, gratuities may be given at your discretion for the therapist and support staff. 15% for good service, 18% for great service, and 20% for excellent services of the total, regular-priced service cost is customary. Group parties will automatically be calculated at 18% gratuity.

Group/Multiple Services Any group bookings or multiple services will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of services. Any cancellations less than 72 hours of the appointment time will result in a no-refund policy of the deposit.

Personal Property Nature’s Paradise is not responsible for any personal belongings. We recommend not bringing items of value into the spa.

Payment We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For verification purposes, please note that a valid California driver’s license is required for all credit card transactions. No personal checks will be accepted.

Promotion Gift Certificate Spa Finder, Spa Week, & Spa Wish must be used in single visit, cannot be applied toward gratuity or store credit or any kind of credit refund. Please advise at time of booking .

Gift Certificate Gift certificates are available for spa packages, individual treatments, or any dollar amount. They cannot be redeemed or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates MUST be present at the time of service, and may only be used towards services and products only. No cash refunds. Certificates for spa packages must be redeemed in one visit.

Refunds ~ We will gladly accept product returns within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All make-up sales are final. All series are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase. No refunds for services rendered.

Spa Etiquette ~ Nature’s Paradise strives to maintain a peaceful and sanitary environment for all of our guests. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers, and maintain a quiet level of conversation upon entering the spa. In consideration of others, bathing suits are required when using the whirlpool. Please shower prior to entering the whirlpool. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Promotional Offers ~ Nature’s Paradise offers different marketing promotions. Terms and conditions apply for each offer. Customers must bring in a copy of the offer at the time of service. Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions or spa package, and will not be valid with Spa Finder, Spa Wish, Spa Week, Gift Certificates or Gift Cards . Expired promotions will not be honored.
