Appointment Timing and Cancellation Policy
Our staff has reserved this time for you to have an enjoyable experience. To effectively serve you and out of consideration for our staff, please allow yourself enough time to meet your scheduled appointment. 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all 60-minute treatments. 48-hour notice is required for multiple treatments, packages, and spa parties.
Any later changes in scheduled appointments will cause additional charge of 50% of the cost of service scheduled! Any untimely arrival for scheduled appointment may result in designated service time deduction, for reason to accommodate scheduled appointments with other customers. Customer who does not show up for or cancelled appointment 8 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will be charged for the full value of the service scheduled.
Children/Minor Policy
We love children. However, this is your time to be pampered. Children are not allowed in the facility unless they are scheduled to receive treatments.
“Gift Cards” General Policy
Gift Cards purchased from Nature’s Paradise Day Spa in Pinole are redeemable for services or products available at the time of presentation for collection. Gift Cards are not refundable for cash! Gift Cards can be used with all applicable discounts valid at the time of collection upon presentation of valid coupons.
Customer Rights Disclaimer
By scheduling an appointment for services at Nature’s Paradise Day Spa in Pinole, the Customer agrees to the above requirements as well as the procedures and prices described in this manual. Nature’s Paradise Day Spa reserve’s the right to refuse service to anyone.
Payment
All types of credit and debit cards or cash.. We do not accept any checks and money orders.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in service prices. Gratuity reflects customer satisfaction with received services and with the service provider. Gratuity is entirely at the customer discretion and processed as cash or charge on credit or debit card.
Anyone under the age of 16 must have parental permission to get any service!
